Hi, I’m Ellie! My journey has been anything but smooth.
I’ve faced my share of frustration and setbacks over the years. I was once that person who tried everything to lose body fat—Skinny Teas, diet shakes, and every fad diet you can imagine. It left me in a place where I feared food, dreaded social events, and developed an unhealthy relationship with both exercise and nutrition.
That’s why I’ve committed myself to creating a coaching service that’s more than just a workout plan or diet. I want my clients to enjoy life without having to give up the things they love!
